PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase safety in a specific area in a wide area disaster or the like affecting the entire specific area by controlling the entire specific area concurrently. SOLUTION: A gas control system comprises a centralized monitoring center 1 and gas control devices 3 having a communication means for establishing communication with the centralized monitoring center 1. The centralized monitoring center 1 can wirelessly centrally control the gas control devices 3 to 7 grouped in specific conditions by specific areas to provide quick appropriate measures and increase disaster safety without congesting public lines.
