PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To collectively manage the situation required at a site from the outside. SOLUTION: Work machines in a work site comprise: obstacle detection means 10a, 10b for detecting obstacles around the work machines; photographing means 13a, 13b for photographing in the detecting directions of the obstacle detection means 10a, 10b; and an image transmission means 15 for transmitting the photographed images to a management center when the obstacles are detected by the obstacle detection means 10a, 10b. The management center has a monitor for display, an image receiving means for receiving the images transmitted by the image transmission means 15, and a display control means 70 for displaying the received images on the monitor for display when the image receiving means receives the images.
