PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a percutaneous absorption type preparation which prevents a coloration phenomenon caused to the medical field, when a percutaneous absorption type medicine is compounded in an adhesive, has an acceptable preparation appearance, and is also excellent in the stability of a medicine content. SOLUTION: This percutaneous absorption type preparation is obtained by forming on at least one side of a support a medicine-containing adhesive layer containing 2-mercapto benzimidazole and/or propyl gallate, and a percutaneously absorbable medicine such as azelastine in an acrylic copolymer adhesive using a functional monomer as an essential component and an azo compound such as azobisisobutyronitrile as a polymerization initiator.
