PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid mixing pipe body using rhombic prismatic group pipe body and a fluid mixer. SOLUTION: In this fluid mixing pipe body and fluid mixing promotor, a group of parallel pipes cross another group of parallel pipes on the same plane with an angle of 20-60°, respective pipes are separated with rhombic prisms of the same shape having acute angles of 20-60°. Confluence and split of fluid flowing through the pipes are made to occur continuously at an X-like cross region of respective pipes, and in the rhombic prismatic group pipes forming a network of pipes as a whole, a feed port for fluid B is provided at the cross region after the 4th row from the fluid inlet side of fluid A of the pipes.
