PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a heating sheet capable of promoting sweating by warming a whole body, raising effects in beauty and diet, mitigating lumbago and cramps, etc., relieving fatigue, and preventing a chill, etc. SOLUTION: The heating sheet promotes a sweating action with heat generation and far infrared radiation by energizing when a user lies in a lateral position on a bag shape heating sheet used a planar heat generation body, where textiles which wove in a leading wire is impregnated with a conductive coating material containing nano carbon or the like, as a heat source.
