PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article improving lumbago, cold hands and feet, constipation, and frequent urination, etc., of a wearer. SOLUTION: The absorbent article such as a disposable diaper includes a means for attaching a water vapor generating part G. The means is arranged to give water vapor which is generated from the water vapor generating part G and heated up to a prescribed temperature toward the skin of the wearer. The means is arranged in an outer circumferential area between the front end edge or rear end edge of an absorbent core and a waist opening end, for example. It is preferable that the absorbent article includes the means for preventing the movement of a body fluid discharged in the absorbent core 4 to the water vapor generating part G and/or the movement of the water vapor generated from the water vapor generating part G to the absorbent core 4.
