PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that a blood collection operation needs both hands in a conventional blood collection device and the situations that a needle comes off or blood scatters occur depending on a blood collection object. SOLUTION: In the blood collection device, a blood collection part and a vacuum blood collection tube are movably fitted inside a holder part, a hood part is abutted to the living body of a blood collection object, the fine needles of the blood collection part are punctured to the living body by one pushing operation to the rear end of the vacuum blood collection tube, then a connection part passes through a vacuum holding member, hemocyte separation is performed and the blood sucked from the capillary vessel is stored.
