PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable body warmer used by attaching it to a portable instrument. SOLUTION: The disposable body warmer 10 comprises a flat bag body 12 enclosing an exothermal composition 14 that generates heat in the presence of air, a first adhesive layer 16 arranged on one surface of the flat bag body 12, an insulating material 18 arranged on the first adhesive layer 16, and a second adhesive layer 20 arranged on the insulating material 18. The insulating material 18 is larger than the flat bag body 12 in the profile. The surface of the flat bag body 12 on which the first adhesive layer 16 is arranged has an almost flat configuration.
