摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell system using a hydrogen storage alloy chassis with accuracy for detecting abnormal temperature or pressure improved in a fine fluid flow channel of a fuel cell system, and capable of protecting a pressure control valve, and a terminal device using the above fuel cell system. <P>SOLUTION: First and second on-off valves 61, 62, first and second pressure sensors for detection 63, 64, and first and second pressure control valves 67, 68 are arranged between hydrogen storage alloy vessel 60 and fuel battery cell 69, the first and second on-off valves 61, 62, or the first and second pressure sensors for detection 63, 64 are directly connected to a first and second safety valves 65, 66. A minute flow channel of at least one system and a temperature sensor provided near the flow channel or the terminal device, are provided between the first pipe connected to the hydrogen storage alloy vessel 60 and the second pipe connected to the fuel cell system 69.
