PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus characterized in that a lens unit can be mounted with one action, through an automatic machine to a module unit adhered on a substrate using a reflow solder or the like, the imaging apparatus using a focus non-adjustment type fixed lens. SOLUTION: When mounting a lens unit onto a module unit through one action, a conical outer circumferential surface of a distal end portion of a lens press-in part is tightly adhered to an inner peripheral surface of a conical recessed portion of a holder so as to regulate a coaxial degree of an installed lens, and a flange face of the lens is supported directly by the holder so as to regulate a degree of parallelism with an imaging element. When mounting the lens unit onto the module unit through one action, a barrel formed integrally with the lens press-in part is snap-locked to an upper end portion of the holder so as to ensure the fixture of the barrel.
