PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the proposition that how the place, where a quasar and a jet reach, currently is like in the Galaxy and why background radiation comes from any direction. SOLUTION: The quasar becomes the central part of the Galaxy. The place where the jet reaches becomes an arm of the Galaxy. Magnitude of the central part of the Galaxy : magnitude of the Galaxy = magnitude of the quasar : 2×distance that the jet reaches = 3,000 light years : one hundred thousand light years. The formula allows us to understand the magnitude of the quasar. The quasar rotates on its axis once every several days. Accordingly, it allows us to understand the magnitude of the quasar, and also, to understand the distance that the jet reaches. Loves of electrons and loves of protons gather from within the range that the jet reaches. It is possible to understand whether a number of atoms per 1 m<SP>3</SP>is constant by the distance that the jet reaches. When photons formed by the Big Bang arrive as the background radiation, it is known what kind of formula is formulated by departed photon energy and arrived photon energy.
