PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting structure for substrate in electronic equipment in which a base assembly shape can be shared, even if there are a plurality of kinds of interval pitches, when assembling substrates to an operation/display panel body. SOLUTION: An operation/display panel body 4 is arranged on the front side of a case body 2; a base assembly 5 comprising a socket terminal 5a for electrical connection to an external device is arranged on the rear side. One side of each of the substrates 3-1 and 3-2 is attached to the operation/display panel body 4 side; substrate-holding legs 6-1 to 6-4, extending to the operation/display panel body 4 side, are protruded from the base assembly 5 so as to face each other at an interval; and gripping slots 7 for engaging with and gripping the other sides of the substrates 3-1 and 3-2 are formed on the substrate-holding legs 6-1 to 6-4. When the width dimension of the gripping slot 7 is set larger than the thickness dimension of the substrates 3-1 to 3-4 and a spacer 8 is inserted in the gap formed when the other end of the substrate is engaged with the gripping slot 7, the other side of the substrate is gripped and fixed by the gripping slot.
