PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a phosphorescence light emitting element high in efficiency, excellent in durability, and having a simple element configuration. SOLUTION: The organic light emitting element comprises a light emitting layer composed of materials of two or more components between facing electrodes. The main constituting material of the light emitting layer is a zinc complex and a sub constituting material is a phosphorescence emission platinum complex.
