PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly reliable mounting structure of a connection jack for resulting in a small amount of unwanted radiation leakage from an opening of a clamping part of the connection jack, and also provide an electronic apparatus having such a structure. SOLUTION: The electronic apparatus 1 is provided with electromagnetic shields 10, 40 for shielding the leakage of unwanted radiation to an external side and a connection jack 34 for connecting an external plug. Moreover, the electronic apparatus 1 is constituted in the structure to provide a metal bracket 70 covering and surrounding the upper surface side of the connection jack 34, a wiring substrate 30 clamped with screws in a state that the bracket 70 covers and surrounds the upper surface side of the connection jack 34, and an electromagnetic shield 10 arranged up to the front surface location of the connection jack 34 to shield the internal side of the apparatus. Moreover, the bracket 70 is provided to place the ground of the wiring substrate 30 in contact with the electromagnetic shields 10, 40 for the electrical connection thereof.
