PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit breaker having an exhaust structure capable of reducing invasion of dusts into a breaker case without increasing the number of parts. SOLUTION: In the exhaust structure, a plurality of exhaust ports 5 are opened and installed on a space 4 side wall face of protection walls 6, 6 or the like. An exhaust space 7 communicated with inside the breaker case is formed in the respective protection walls 6, and furthermore the exhaust space 7 and the exhaust ports 5 are coupled by exhaust flow passages 8, 8 extending in the horizontal direction. Accordingly, as compared with a conventional one in which the exhaust ports are opened and installed on the upper face of the breaker case, the entrance of naturally fallen dusts or the like into the breaker case via the exhaust ports 5 can be prevented effectively, and further the occurrence of conduction failure and malfunctioning or the like caused by the dusts can be prevented.
