PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underfloor ventilating opening structure which can be efficiently constructed by easily adapting to either of the construction of an underfloor ventilating opening of a newly built house and the repair of an existing ventilating opening fitting. SOLUTION: The existing ventilating opening fitting 50 is used as a position regulating means for determining a depth-direction mounting position. After a ventilating opening fitting 10 is primarily fixed in the opening 40 via an elastic member 20 in such a manner as to abut on the ventilating opening fitting 50, a peripheral edge of the ventilating opening fitting 10 is secondarily fixed by means of a fixing member.
