PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cured amino resin particle having excellent dispersion stability, a method for treating the surface of the cured amino resin particle, and a water dispersion of the cured amino resin particles comprising the cured amino resin particles, water-born polymers having carboxy groups in the molecules, and an aqueous medium. SOLUTION: The cured amino resin particle is obtained by treating the surface thereof with the water-soluble polymers having the carboxy groups in the molecules.
