PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a propylene block copolymer composition having excellent ductility, dimensional stability, surface quality and weather resistance, effective for preventing the clouding on the inner face of a glass plate and suitable for the use as an automobile interior part, etc. SOLUTION: The propylene block copolymer composition comprises the following components (A) to (D) at specific ratios, and has a specific content and a specific molecular weight distribution of a fraction insoluble in o-chlorobenzene at 100°C and contains a specific content and a specific molecular weight distribution of a fraction soluble in o-chlorobenzene at 40°C. The component (A): a propylene-ethylene block copolymer composed of specific components, the component (B): a specific propylene polymer, the component (C): a specific ethylene-α-olefin copolymer rubber and the component (D): a specific hindered-amine light stabilizer.
