PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for naturally reviving or regrowing healthy hair by activating the growing ability of the hair itself. SOLUTION: The method comprises the following process. Using such a means as mutually rubbing damaged hair, outer root sheath maximally cornified at the cuticula of the hair is removed once to activate the growing ability of the hair itself to naturally regrow and revive new Henle layer and Hyxley layer in the inner root sheath.
