PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase an amount of garbage put into a garbage bag more than that in a usual case, and further to easily and positively close an opening of the bag. SOLUTION: This clip has a pair of right and left holding line members 2, 3 and a head 4 integrally formed with base ends 2a, 3a of both holding line members 2, 3, wherein one holding line member 2 has a linear line shape or a helical shape, the other holding line member 3 has a helical shape formed to wind around the outer peripheral surface of one holding line member 2, an approximate V-shaped bag insertion port 5 is formed by tips 2b, 3b of both holding line members 2, 3, an opening E of a bag B is put into the bag insertion port 5, and the head 4 is twisted to cause the opening E of the bag B to be held between both holding members 2, 3 and closed.
