PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular air conditioner capable of improving air mix performance even if having a compact structure which does not narrow a vehicular cabin space at a foot part. SOLUTION: In an air conditioning unit 1, an evaporator 3, an air mix door 4, and a heater core 5 are successively disposed in a positional relationship in a vehicular fore-and-aft direction, from a blower side on an upstream side toward a blowoff port side on a downstream side in an air conditioning case 2. On a back wash side of the evaporator 3, two or more vertically divided passages 81, 82, 92 divided in a vehicular width direction, and with which a warm air passage 7 passing through the heater core 5 and a cold air bypass passage 6 bypassing the heater core 5 are communicated are set. To the back wash side of the outermost divided passages 91, 92 of the vertically divided passages 81, 82, 91, 92, the blowoff port in the vehicular width direction is connected through mix chambers 17L, 17R wherein warm air and cold air is merged.
