PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate wiring of conductors even when the number of electrode lands and conductors of a flexible wiring material connected with an actuator is increased because of formation of nozzles of a recording head by a high density and in many arrays. SOLUTION: The actuator 11 of a rectangular shape in a plan view includes external electrodes 43 and 44 of a plurality of arrays. The flexible wiring material 12 includes the electrode lands 31 and 32 joined correspondingly to the external electrodes, and many conductors 30 connected to the lands. The flexible wiring material 12 is led out from the actuator 11 to be non parallel to any of an array direction of the external electrode arrays and a direction orthogonal to the array direction. Many conductors 30 are led out passing between the electrode lands in parallel to a direction in which the flexible wiring material 12 extends. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
