<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for inspecting an insect-catching sheet, capable of treating a plurality of insect-catching sheets in large quantity, while maintaining high accuracy in monitoring, and to provide a method of counting the insects caught in an image of the insect-catching sheet, attaining high-accuracy counting of images. <P>SOLUTION: The device for inspecting the long insect-catching sheet A, having adhesive layers on one or both surfaces, is equipped with a stage 2 for setting a plurality of the insect-catching sheets A, each having a plurality of divisions divided at prescribed intervals in the longitudinal direction; an imaging means 4a capable of simultaneously photographing the image of a plurality of the insect-catching sheets A, ... set on the stage 2; an image processing means 10a for forming a divided image Y as one image datum, by selectively cutting out any one of divisions from the overall image X obtained by the imaging means 4a; and a display means 15 for displaying the divided image Y formed by the image processing means 10a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
