摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transflective liquid crystal display device which can reduce power consumption of a backlight and has high image quality. <P>SOLUTION: The liquid crystal display device comprises: a first reflection electrode 105 which is disposed on the inner surface of one side substrate 100, has such a reflection lens structure as to be provided with reflection surfaces on both of front and rear faces and to be formed in a convex shape on the counter substrate side and has an opening part 153 on the apex part of the convex shape; and a second reflection film 104 which has a reflection surface on the surface of the first reflection electrode 105 between the first reflection electrode 105 side and the one side substrate 100, and below the opening part 153 of the first reflection electrode 105, wherein light made incident from the one side substrate 100 side is reflected on the rear surface of the first reflection electrode 105 and the surface of a second reflection film 104, is condensed into the opening part 153 of the first reflection electrode 105 and is transmitted into the other side substrate 200 side. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
