PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high pressure gas vessel capable of preventing gas leakage caused by increase of a gap of a mouthpiece accompanied by deformation of a boss of the resin liner, and capable of simplifying structures of the boss of the resin liner and the mouthpiece. SOLUTION: The high pressure gas vessel 100 is provided with the resin liner 10, a fiber reinforcement layer 20 reinforcing the resin liner 10, and the mouthpiece 30 inserted into an inner peripheral surface of the boss 13 of the resin liner 10 so that a gas apparatus is connected. The mouthpiece 30 is equipped with a connecting metal fitting 31 having a flange part 33 abutted on a boss end surface on a shaft part inserted into the boss inner peripheral surface, and a pressing metal fitting 40 integrated with the connecting metal fitting 31 and pressing the boss outer peripheral surface and the end surface.
