摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device solving defects of the conventional art by performing energy resonance impartation on carbon and hydrogen at the same time within the same frequency of infrared light and further by surely discharging bonding electrons with titanium ceramics. SOLUTION: The method of exciting and activating fuel molecules to improve the combustion characteristic improves the conventional combustion, in which the fuel molecules become free radical from unpaired electrons and proceed from the creation of reaction intermediates to interatomic dissociation through a chain reaction, to high speed and high temperature combustion by developing conductive carbon-impregnated ceramics which are not broken by vibration and the like and emit the infrared light, forming two kinds of sweep magnetic fields for responding to hydrogen and carbon at magnetic field strength responding to the infrared ray frequency, exciting atoms of both hydrogen and carbon by resonance and taking out the electrons accurately discharged by titanium ceramic balls to the outside of a reaction system of the conductive carbon-impregnated ceramics and a conductive material outer case.
