PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular seat arrangement structure capable of attaining the riding capacity of four occupants while maintaining the miniaturization of a vehicle. SOLUTION: A driver seat 5 is installed in the forward center in a cabin. Assist seats 6, 6 are installed on the right and left sides of the driver seat 5 at the positions offset backward of the driver seat 5.
