PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin molded article and its manufacturing apparatus that easily prepares an insert and can enhance the adhesion between the insert and an injection resin. SOLUTION: A soft, mesh-like, electromagnetic wave shielding fiber 11 is arranged in the cavity 7 between the male mold 3 and the female mold 2, and the male and female molds 3, 2 are closed. At that time the soft electromagnetic wave shielding fiber 11 deforms as it follows the shape of the surface of the male mold 3, which unnecessitates preparing the insert so as for it to fit in the shape of the cavity 7. On the surface of the mesh-like electromagnetic shielding fiber 11 the injection resin 12 is injected to form the resin-made molded article 10.
