<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce power consumption during transmission/reception while reducing spatial channel occupation time during transmission/reception operation, and to make transition to communication state asynchronously. <P>SOLUTION: Upon receiving a transmission event J11 on the transmission terminal 11b side, transition is made to reception waiting state R12 for a fixed time duration TW. On the reception terminal 11a side, transmission state T11 of a fixed period TT and subsequent reception state R11 of the fixed period TR are repeated intermittently while spacing only a sleep period TS.
