<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a function which enables a menu screen customized per user to be displayed on a display portion of an MFP. <P>SOLUTION: An authentication server receives user information from an MFP, and acquires information on a service available for the user. The authentication server creates information on a menu screen having a function of selecting the service available for the user based on the acquired service information.
