<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a program managing an electronic document, where no falsifications by the agreement of all persons who sign are insured to a final electronic document without any complicated operation, and to provide a device managing an electronic document. <P>SOLUTION: When an electronic document is registered, a register affixes one's signature to a main document and the entire electronic document at a signature affixation section 12. When a postscript is added after that, the added content is set to be an added document separately, and a user who adds the postscript affixes one's signature to the entire electronic document including the main document and the added one. At a verification section 13, the electronic signature of the electronic document is verified and is compared with the main body of a history document remaining at a storage section 11 to detect a change in the main document. When the change is detected, it is determined that the main document after the change is valid when an authority constraint verification section 33 verifies that the user who performs the change has an authority of change, or when an authentication signature verification section 32 verifies that all users who perform electronic signature before the change affix an electronic signature to the main document after the change. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
