PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve signal quality by suppressing amplitude attenuation and suppressing increase in circuit scale. SOLUTION: A weighting unit 101 stores a weighting coefficient beforehand. A symbol mapping unit 102 maps transmission data to each of sub-carriers and, during mapping, multiplies an amplitude of transmission data by the weighting coefficient being stored in the weighting unit 101 for each sub-carrier so as to increase the amplitude only by an amplitude attenuated by filter characteristics of a filter unit 105. An IFFT unit 103 performs IFFT. A peak clip unit 104 suppresses an amplitude with a threshold value or more.
