PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a circuit area of a semiconductor device provided with a power supply switch cell for suppressing a leak current during non-operation. SOLUTION: The semiconductor device 100 includes a basic cell 10 having a first transistor 11 provided on a first well 1, the power supply switch cell 20 provided on the first well 1 so as to control power supply to the basic cell 10, and a first well contact 21 provided outside the basic cell 10 so as to supply a first substrate potential VDD to the first well 1.
