PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately control and quickly respond to a current even if there is a period for nulling a reactor current. SOLUTION: An A/D converter 8 samples a detection current Is in a reactor 4 for a period synchronized with a PWM control carrier, and obtains an A/D-converted current Idet1. An analog low pass filter 10 extracts a low frequency current component from the detection current Is. An A/D converter 11 samples a filtered current for a period synchronized with the PWM control carrier, and obtains an A/D-converted current Idet2. A digital control circuit 9 extracts a low frequency current component from the current Idet1 by using a digital low pass filer. A detection current Idet is created by adding a variation between this current and the current Idet2 to the current Idet1. The digital control circuit is separated into a proportional differential controller and an integration controller, and implements a proportional differential control based on the detection current Idet and an integration control based on the current Idet2.
