PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily discriminate a non-viewed part or a part viewed in a state of low quality of video or audio signals in a portable television receiver regarding a program or the like video-recorded by a video recording/reproducing apparatus. SOLUTION: A portable television receiver is provided with: a television receiving unit 19 including a channel selection section 2 for selecting a channel to be received by accepting an operation input selecting a channel of television broadcasting and for receiving at least a video signal and an audio signal from the television broadcasting and an output means (display section 6, speaker 7) for outputting the video signal and the audio signal received from the television broadcasting by the channel selection section 2; and a storage unit 5 for storing data about an output state of the video signal and the audio signal in television receiving unit 19. The data stored in the storage unit 5 are displayed on the display section 6 of the portable television receiver 101 in a format for easy watching, or sent to a video recording/reproducing apparatus 102 via an external storage unit 12 or the like.
