PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a telephone call even in a bad surrounding environment when a call arrives at a cellular phone. SOLUTION: A waterproof case with the cellular phone is placed near a work place so as to quickly correspond to an emergency. Waterproof switches are arranged on the surface of the waterproof case and a waterproof type receiver can be connected to make calls without taking out the cellular phone from the waterproof case. In addition, an emergency switch arranged on the surface of the waterproof case can be pushed to make a computer connected with the cellular phone in the waterproof case report an emergency.
