PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a skin detergent that is such a dosage form to prevent excessive friction to the skin during face washing, has a refreshing feeling without providing the skin with an unpleasant, tense feeling and provides the skin with a smooth feeling in finish of washing. SOLUTION: The skin detergent comprises (A) a thickening polymer compound composed of a monomer represented by general formula (1) (R<SB>1</SB>is a 10-30C alkyl group; R<SB>2</SB>is hydrogen or a group selected from a methyl group and a -COOH group; and n is an integer of 1-50), acrylic acid and/or methacrylic acid as constituent components, (B) 1.0-30 mass% of an acylamino acid-type surfactant and (C) an alkylaminodicarboxylic acid surfactant.
