PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutter fixing tool which has compact stopper-related component members. SOLUTION: The cutter fixing tool 1 is formed of a support cylinder 11 to which a fitting portion 6 of a cutter 2 is removably fitted, a lock operator 13 supported with respect to the cylinder 11 so as to be rotatable between a locking position and a lock canceling position Q, and a plurality of movable lock balls 19 supported by the support cylinder 11. The movable lock balls 19 can assume a locking state when the lock operator 13 is in the locking position and a lock canceling state SQ when the lock operator 13 is in the lock canceling position Q. Then the support cylinder 11 has a stopper shaft 24 movably arranged therein at a location decentered from a rotation center 2a of the cutter 2. The stopper shaft 24 assumes a stopper state DQ that holds one of the movable lock balls 19 in the lock canceling state SQ and a stopper canceling state that recedes from the one movable lock ball 19. As a result, in the cutter fixing tool 1, wobbling of the stopper shaft 24 with respect to the movable lock balls 19 is prevented, and the component members related to the stopper shaft 24 are made compact.
