PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To store various kinds of electronic parts efficiently, and to distribute them properly, regardless of variable factors in production. When the selected palette has an unoccupied plate, there is housed in the place for a start. When delivering delivery data SD is extracted from information of a ceramic substrate instructed to be delivered, then the delivery data SD and the control file for storing parts are referred, then the instructed semiconductor device is taken out from the palette. After checking the read name with the name in the control file, there is distributed on a delivery palette, based on the delivery data SD. |
