The arrangement has an instrument panel component (12) indirectly connected with rigid fasteners (13, 37) that are fastened to a body using anti-vibration uncoupling units (14, 36). The uncoupling unit (14) is aligned in a direction of a main axis (Z) of a vehicle and the uncoupling unit (36) is aligned in direction of two secondary axes (X, Y) of the vehicle. The uncoupling unit (14) for the main axis is arranged below the instrument panel component in a direction of the main axis close to an instrument panel component longitudinal axis (15).
