The arrangement has a one-piece or multipart radial fin element arranged in a slip ring housing, where axial length of the fin element is larger/equal to the length of a slip ring (2). Air guiding strips (8) are radially arranged in the fin element over the entire axial length in a pitch circle in series, and are directed away from a slip ring surface (6). The air guiding strips are protruded into a limit range of an air cushion directly circulating around the slip ring. The fin element is connected with an air gate or is provided in direct operational sphere of the air gate.
