A structure for improving the operation of pistons of an automatic transmission includes a clutch(400), a piston(100), a retainer(200), a balance piston(500), a return spring(300), a diaphragm spring(600), and an auxiliary piston(700). The clutch controls the auto transmission. The piston drives the operation of the clutch. The retainer includes an oil path for preventing the leakage of oil and guiding the oil. The balance piston compensates for the power of the piston so as to prevent the right shift of the piston. The return spring resiles the operation of the piston between the balance piston and the piston. The diaphragm spring is formed between the piston and the retainer. The auxiliary piston, which is formed between the diaphragm spring and piston, is operated along the reverse direction of the piston.
