The connector has female and male connector housings (101, 201) connected with each other. A lever (500) including cam grooves (514) is rotatably attached to the female housing. Cam pins (214) are provided on the male housing and guided by the grooves, respectively. The housings are connected or disconnected by rotating the lever in a state where the pins are inserted into the grooves, respectively. A guiding structure is provided between the housings to guide the pins to entry gates of the grooves, respectively, when initial stage of the connection of the housings proceeds.
