<p>The invention relates to a sensing device for measuring the processing forces, to be used for measuring the forces occurring during chip removal or cold plastic deformation processes. According to the invention, the sensing device comprises a one-piece elastic element (2) consisting of two profiled disks (a, b) separated by a parabolic channel (c) and linked, by some inbus screws (6) to two plates (1 and 5), a lower plate and an upper plate, respectively, the lower plate (1) making the connection with a machine-tool (7), while the upper plate (5) represents the connection element with either the tool holding support, or the piece to be processed, on the elastic element (2) there being mounted some Wheatstone bridge-connected resistive transducers (8) whose deformation generates electric signals taken over by some connectors (4) by the channels of a tensometric bridge.</p> |
