Taci antibodies and uses thereof

Provided is an agonist antibody that specifically binds to a TACI receptor, wherein the antibody inhibits B-cell proliferation and activates NF-kB. Further provided are specific antibodies deposited with ATCC and hybridoma cell lines producing the antibody. Also provided is the use of the antibody for the preparation of a medicament for treatment of immune-related disease or cancer.
