Disclosed is a combination of (S)-1-[(3-hydroxy-1-adamantyl)amino]acetyl-2-cyano-pyrrolidine or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof and at least one therapeutic agent selected from the group consisting of losartan, olmesartan, benazepril, enalapril, lisinopril, ramipril, aliskiren, metoprolol, doxoazosin, amlodipine, fadrozole, (+)-enantiomer of fadrozole, eplerenone, candoxatril, sinorphan, omapatrilat, bosentan and hydrochlorothiazide.
