The invention refers to medicine, in particular to the internal diseases and neurology. The method of hepatic encephalopathy treatment includes prescription of diet, sanation of intestine with a buffer solution of sodium acetate or lactulose and with antibiotics of wide spectrum, therapy for ammonia desintoxication, for correction of the acid-base balance. Additionally, it is intramuscularly administered 0.5% BioR solution, for 1,0 ml, daily, during 10à12 days.
