An apparatus and a method for measuring a rolling roll profile are provided to precisely measure a wear profile of the rolling roll by measuring the rolling roll at two or more measurement points. An apparatus for measuring a rolling roll profile comprises a base member(10), jig arms(30) and a plurality of roll deviation measurement units(50). The base member moves on a rolling roll to be measured. The jig arms extend from both sides of the base member, adjacent to the surface of the rolling roll. The roll deviation measurement units are provided on the jig arms, facing the surface of the rolling roll. The base member is provided with a plurality of wheels(12) at the lower portion thereof. A controller(14) is provided at the upper portion of the base member to process measurement signals.
