A compound, a light emitting material comprising the compound, and an organic electroluminescent device containing the light emitting material are provided to improve stability, blue light emitting efficiency and color coordinate. A compound is represented by the formula 1, wherein Ar is a specific aryl group such as a carbazole group, an electron attracting group, etc. The compound of the formula 1 is inhibited in the molecular packing by introducing an anthracene having stilbene, thereby increasing luminous efficiency.
