<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce pressing force for connecting elements without impairing the connection force. <P>SOLUTION: In this element connecting device 4 wherein a pair of holing openings 42, 43 are formed on a peripheral wall 22 of a port member 21, a pair of leg parts 45, 46 of an U-shaped clip member are penetrated through the pair of holding openings, the leg parts 45, 46 are temporarily pushed and widened, when a connector member 31 is pushed into the port member 21, and the desired connection of elements is achieved by fitting projecting parts 45A, 46A into a holding groove 41, the clip member 44 is mounted on the port member 21 in such a manner that a line obtained by connecting centers of circular arcs of curved surfaces of the projecting parts 45A, 46A is shifted from a center of a diameter of a circumferential surface 41A of the holding groove 41 by a predetermined length L. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
